Petitioner seeks bail in Alauli P.S. Case No.391 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 406 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he took the informant and two others to bank on the pretext of getting loan sanctioned for them. It is alleged that the petitioner took their signatures on different papers. Later on, the informant came to know that petitioner and other accused persons have withdrawn money from the bank in their names. There is no mention of details of the money, which has been withdrawn by the petitioner from the bank.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.391 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
