JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 14-09-2018 Considering that the matter relates to Selection process initiated pursuant to an advertisement issued in the year 2008 and the petitioner took 4 years to move this writ Court in the year 2012 that this matter is being taken up 6 years thereafter, in my opinion the issues raised, have been rendered academic by passage of time & requires no indulgence. Any matter relating to appointment has to be raised within reasonable time and a gap of 4 years is certainly not reasonable to raise issue arising from a selection process.

With the observations aforementioned, the writ petition is disposed of.
