The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 316 of 2016 dated 22.12.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was appointed on the post of ANM along with others in the year 2008. Because the certificate of qualification of the petitioner was not found to be genuine, a proceeding was initiated against her and others. No sooner the petitioner came to learn about all this, she resigned.

The petitioner was engaged on contractual basis

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3073 of 2021(2) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 and for sometime that she had worked, she has been paid. An administrative decision has been taken for recovery of the money received by the petitioner and others for the work rendered as ANM. The educational certificates of the petitioner and others were kept in the office of the concerned Civil Surgeon for about six years and the FIR has been lodged in the year 2016. Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 316 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
