2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karwandiya P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96, 137(2) of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The victim and the petitioner were in love and affection and they have solemnized marriage.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant submits that the independent witness Lal Ji Kumar, in paragraph no. 6 of the case diary, has stated that the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant. The petitioner is already a married person, having three children. According to matric certificate, the date of birth of the victim is 25.05.2008 which transpires from paragraph no. 20 of the case diary.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in my view, the petitioner doesn't deserve the privileges for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
