Patna High Court CWJC No.15943 of 2012 (2) dt.14-09-2018 2/2 14-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perusal of the order of termination impugned at Annexure-1 passed by the Civil Surgeon, Kaimur would confirm that it is passed taking note of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in the matter arising from C.W.J.C. No. 8068 of 2011 (Nand Lal Ram versus State of Bihar & Ors.) and also taking note of the irregularity committed in the appointment of the petitioner to the post of 'Mamata' workers.

Apart therefrom, considering that the appointment was need based and has been terminated in the light of the directions issued by the Division Bench, no cause for indulgence is made out in the order of termination, which was passed on 15.06.2012. The writ petition is disposed of.
