JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409,420,467,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he availed the facility of over draft against his current account in collusion with the accountant of SBI, Wazirganj branch.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has returned entire due amount. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on provisional anticipatory bail for four months in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14609 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 453 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The provisional bail of the petitioner will be confirmed by the learned court below on verification of the fact that there is nothing due against the petitioner.
