Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016 registered under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. After investigation, police has submitted charge sheet only against co-accused Lakhan Prasad. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
