The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.352 of 2020 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage with the petitioner, vide Annexure 2 to this petition. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
