The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2023 in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 473 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 48.225 liters of foreign liquor from the Bolero vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from the Bolero vehicle.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court, 2, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S.
