1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a Memorial, before the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna, against the order of dismissal dated 27.09.2022, passed by Superintendent of police, Railway, Muzaffarpur, hence the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna be directed to dispose off the same, expeditiously. It is directed accordingly.

2. It is needless to state that in case the aforesaid Memorial, filed by the petitioner is still pending, the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
