JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. There is case and counter case between the parties.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the nature of injury, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, the same is rejected.

No.8528 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 However, petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below, i.e., learned A.C.J.M., Ist, Sitamarhi, in connection with Majorganj P. S. Case no. 189 of 2016 and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered taking into account the facts that there is case and counter case between the parties, general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the nature of injury on the informant and will pass an order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
