JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH) 31-03-2015 This case has been brought under the heading „To be Mentioned‟ for making certain corrections in the final order no.2 dated 26.03.2015. In the first paragraph of the order, there is mention of different periods when the petitioner is said to have been deputed to different offices but, due to mistake, the office of DRDA was left out, accordingly, the order should be read that "he was deputed in the office of DRDA and the District Magistrate during periods between 09.01.1998 to 26.01.2009 and then 27.01.2009 to 31.05.2012 respectively" when he superannuated. Let the order be read accordingly.
