2. This writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the First Information Report of Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016 as contained in Annexure-5 to the writ petition registered under Section 414 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On perusal of the first information report, I find that the ingredients of the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code are clearly attracted.

4. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this writ petition. It is dismissed, accordingly.
