JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application:- (i) For commanding the respondents for making correction in merit/seniority list prepared by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Bihar, Patna pursuant to the Advertisement No.210 of 2010 issued for appointment of Assistant Teacher in the Primary Schools in the State of Bihar in view of the direction of Hon'ble Supreme Court, whereby the Session of B.Ed. of the petitioner has been mentioned as 1987 in place 198687 in the final merit list at Sl. No.46028 and the name of village of the petitioner wrongly mentioned as Bhojpur instead of Vramhvar situated in the district of Bhojpur.

(ii) For directing the respondents to appoint petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher in the Primary schools on rest vacant posts pursuant to the aforesaid advertisement no.210 of by

Patna High Court CWJC No.16021 of 2012 (6) dt.03-01-2018 2/3 correcting his session and consequently his position in the final merit list.

(iii) For holding that the petitioner is entitled for appointment on the post of Assistant Teachers in the primary schools on rest vacant posts pursuant to the aforesaid advertisement no.210 of by correcting his session and consequently his position in the final merit list.

The Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Bihar, Patna, the Respondent No.4 has already come out with a Notification No.3791/Aa. Dated 30.11.2017, whereby an objection has been raised by the applicants.
