The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.174 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that money has now been given to the son of the deceased. In that view of the matter, he may be granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
