1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352, 303(2), 117(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to passage, accused persons came and Harendra (petitioner) caught her husband (Rambabu) and Suraj along with Bhagirath assaulted by knife causing injury on head, chest and back while Kiran assaulted her daughter Riya by knife causing injury on head, thereafter

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant, it is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that specific allegation of assaulting the husband of the informant by knife is against Suraj and Bhagirath.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that though petitioner is not alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant by knife, but then he is alleged to have caught her husband and thereafter, Suraj and Bhagirath assaulted by knife causing injury on head, chest and back, it is also submitted that presence of the petitioner at the place of occurrence emboldened the accused persons to commit the occurrence, it is also submitted that husband of the informant suffered four injuries out of which two injuries are grievous in nature.

6. It is also submitted that if privilege of anticipatory bail is granted, the petitioner may try to tamper with evidence or may abscond.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned
