In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Upahara P.S. Case No.23 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dispute arose as to who will fill-up the bucket from the hand pump. Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they caught hold the victim by hair and abused her by taking her caste name. There is a case and counter case from both the parties.

Looking to the nature of allegation and the facts and

No.26948 of 2016 (2) dt.05-07-2016 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Upahara P.S. Case No.23 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
