====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 457/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with five unknown persons entered into the house of the informant to rob and kill the informant, subsequently, from nearby bush, shirt, sandal and mobile of the petitioner were recovered, hence, it was suspected that the petitioner was the person who entered into the house of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the next door neighbour of the informant and has a dispute with regard to right of way and only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.
