This application was filed for initiating action in contempt against the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 26.03.2019 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4520 of 2019.

By the aforesaid order, this Court had directed the petitioner to make a representation before the District Magistrate, Saharsa, detailing his grievances and the District Magistrate, Saharsa in turn was directed to pass a reasoned order on such representation within a stipulated period of

Patna High Court MJC No.2425 of 2019(4) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 time.

It appears from the show cause reply that the order has already been passed.

Mr. Mukund, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that a general order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Saharsa but so far as the this contempt petition is concerned, he may not be able to press the same.

The application is, therefore, disposed of with liberty that in case the petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed by the District Magistrate, Saharsa, he may challenge the same if he so desires.

The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
