was granted anticipatory bail by an order, dated 04.08.2016, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Patna, in A.B.P. No. 5216 of 2016, he being an accused in Sigori Police Station Case No. 61 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. While allowing anticipatory bail, the learned Court below has mentioned the age of death of father of the informant to be 10 years back in place of one year back. The petitioner had filed an application for cancellation of bail before learned Sessions Judge, Patna, which came to be rejected by an order, dated 04.02.2017, indicating

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13419 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 that there was apparent inconsequential typographical mistake in the order, dated 04.08.2016 and accordingly rejected the petitioner's application for cancellation of bail. The petitioner has, thereafter, filed the present application for cancellation of bail so granted to Opposite Party No. 2.
