JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2025 The present modification petition preferred to correct the address of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 in order dated 19.05.2025 as passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33119 of 2025.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel that on earlier occasion, the address of these petitioners was typed wrongly, accordingly same be corrected. It is further pointed out that both petitioners are residents of village -Bhusunda Balapur, P.S. Mufassil, District- Gaya, which now corrected on affidavit.

3. The correction as aforesaid was made on affidavit through present modification petition.

4. Accordingly, the address of petitioner no. 1, namely, Meen Devi @ Meena Devi @ Mina Devi and petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45869 of 2025(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 no. 2, namely, Soni Devi @ Sony Kumari @ Soni Kumari, be read as village- Bhusunda Balapur, P.S. Mufassil, DistrictGaya.

5. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 19.05.2025 as passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33119 of 2025, which be read in terms of aforesaid modification.

6. With aforesaid correction, Present modification petition stands disposed of.
