Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP.

As per allegation, Rs.3,90,920/- still remains with the petitioner.

By way of supplementary affidavit, petitioner placed Annexure-3, counter foil of deposit slip, whereupon learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Rs. 1,59,415/- has already been deposited after institution of the case, which also happens to be subject of verification by the learned lower court and, in case, is found correct, then in that event, on deposit of Rs.2,31,505/- petitioner, Prem Chandra Kumar Ram petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within eight weeks, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3037 of 2015 (4) dt.23-04-2015 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Paharpur PS Case no. 133/2013, subject to the condition as enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. However, it is made clear that deposit of amount will not be treated as an admission at the end of petitioner, during course of trial.
