This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 366A, 376 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

According to first information report, the petitioner had introduced the informant a married lady, aged about 20 years, with co-accused, Ranjan Kumar, and, thereafter intimacy developed between the informant and Ranjan Kumar and Ranjan Kumar had physical relation with the informant on the pretext for getting married with the informant.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15088 of 2017 (2) dt.07-04-2017 2/2 connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 317 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
