JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 Ms. Binita Singh learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that petitioner was paid the difference of arrears vide cheque no. 005312 dated 20.1.2014 Rs. 7,61,373/-. Thereafter from 1.1.2006 to 31.07.2010 arrears of difference of salary have been paid.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioner, if he is aggrieved by wrong calculation of the entitlement or if any other grievance unredressed, to approach the Registrar of University by way of filing representation and the Registrar of the University who will be obliged to decide the representation in

Patna High Court CWJC No.16281 of 2012(2) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 accordance with law within a maximum period of four months from the date of filing of the representation alongwith a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
