Petitioner seeks bail in Masaurdhi P.S. Case No.403 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 30(D) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that total ten litres country made liquor has been recovered from house of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2019 having clean antecedents. She is a lady.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42363 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Masaurdhi P.S. Case No.403 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
