The petitioners are in custody in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case total 60 ltrs of Mahua liquor was seized. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the physical possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 18.04.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no

Case No. 81 of 2019.
