2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 87, 3(5) of BNS.

3. According to the allegation, the petitioner kidnapped a minor girl of 15 years of age.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. As a matter of fact, there was love and affection between the petitioner and the victim. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, has stated that she fled away with the petitioner.

5. The victim is a minor girl of 15 years of age and the petitioner enticed her away.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in my view, the petitioner doesn't deserve the privileges for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
