JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Petitioner being desirous of class IV post has sought quashing of panel whereby 28 persons have been declared successful for selection on 28.04.2015.

It is alleged that reservation circular of the State of Bihar which requires provision for physically handicapped has been overlooked while preparing select list/panel. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is overage and cannot be considered in the process of selection as per advertisement no. 01/2013-14. He also submits that roster point has been prepared according to the rule and after

Assertions of the State in the counter affidavit have not been denied or disputed by filing reply or rejoinder. No one appears for the petitioner.

In the circumstance, without going into the merits of the aforesaid submissions, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
