The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 143, 498(A), 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 17.05.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on
