Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that a bag was recovered from the house of the petitioner and it is alleged that the same was looted property without any T.I. Parade of the said article. Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.777 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2021 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur (Vaishali) Sadar Police Station Case No.511 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
