2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 342, 354, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of brother of informant by means of iron rod. Doctor has found one of the injuries grievous in nature.
