This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 448, 354 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and attempted to commit rape against her. The victim has supported her statement before the police.

I do not find any merit in the submission of the petitioner that for trivial dispute between two neighbours, the present false case has been lodged because there is no such material in the case diary nor the petitioner has substantiated the same.

Considering the nature of allegation against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13737 of 2017 (3) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
