Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.Case No.113 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148, 149, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, during the panchayat , the petitioners and other accused persons started indiscriminate firing and there is specific allegation against one Ranvir Yadav that he fired at Pradeep Kumar Yadav causing injury to him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44789 of 2019(4) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the specific allegation is against one co-accused as well as the injured has only one gun shot injury .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.Case no.113 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
