2. Pursuant to order dated 01.07.2025, the SHO of Sri Krishnapuri Police Station has appeared and has produced a report which has been taken on record.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that the warrant of arrest has not been located in the police

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1240 of 2023(3) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 station and the records are not being traced in the Court below.

4. In these circumstances, the SHO of Sri Krishnapuri Police Station has prayed that if a fresh warrant of arrest is issued by the Court below, he will act in accordance with law.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to move the Court below and get a fresh warrant issued which shall be sent to the Sri Krishnapuri Police Station and thereafter the SHO will act in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
