This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.25 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected vide order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.59526 of 2024.

The petitioner was caught with one country made pistol, one live cartridge and mobile phone. He is in custody since 24.01.2024.

The charge has been framed in this case.

The petitioner is accused in 18 more criminal cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed 7.

The Superintendent of Police, Saran is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the trial so that the trial is not delayed.
