The legality of the notice dated 20.07.2012 (Annexure-6) issued by the respondent-Circle Officer has been challenged whereby the land of the school was to be the settled for one year.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16362 of 2012 (3) dt.22-12-2015 2/2 Prime face, it appears that the application has become infructuous. The period for which the settlement was to be made as per the notice has also expired.
The writ application is dismissed.
