Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 7 of 2015 registered under Sections304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation final form was submitted in the case. Informant has also filed a petition to the effect that case was filed under misconception. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail vide orders dated 09.02.2016 & 24.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 56993 of 2015 & 2639 of 2017 respectively.

No.9799 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 7 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
