Petitioners seek bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No.37 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 461, 379, 427/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from their possession. Name of the petitioners have come during investigation in the confessional statement of Alam Sher, who was arrested in Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.37 of 2019. Thereafter, police arrested the petitioners and recorded

Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 30.03.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Alamganj P.S.
