The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 769 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Ajay Kumar Ram eve teased his daughter while she was coming after coaching. The informant began to enquire from Ajay Kumar Ram. In the meantime, the petitioners came having armed with different weapons and Ajay Ram is alleged to have snatched Pharsa from hands of Chandan and assaulted the informant Birendra Ram. When the wife of the informant came to save, the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted her.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30344 of 2016 (3) dt.20-10-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not assailants of the informant. Wife of the informant got abrasion and complain of pain in chest. The injuries are opined to be simple in nature. There is a counter version that informant and others brutally assaulted Ajay Kumar Ram. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 769 of 2015, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
