The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 506 and other sections of the IPC. It is alleged that the petitioners put pressure on the informant to sign on the labour payment advice and on refusal petitioners threatened to kill him.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have been implicated due to mistake of fact. It is further submitted that no offence under section 406 IPC is made out against the petitioners. Further, it is submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date
