ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-06-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of acquittal dated 20.11.2003 passed by the Ad hoc Additional District & Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-I, Saran at Chapra in S.Tr. No. 04 of 1989.

Having gone through the impugned judgment of acquittal, I do not find any perversity in the same and, hence, decline to interfere in the matter.
