JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,427,307,353,379,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being police officer went to arrest Mithilesh Singh but in the meantime some miscreants assaulted the driver of the informant and snatched his mobile. Petitioner and Budal Kumar were identified by the chowkidar.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been roped in the present case only because he made protest against the high-handedness of the police and admittedly no substantial injury was caused to the driver.

No.23698 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
