JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing the informant and others. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of coaccused Faruq and others. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession of the co-accused, nothing has been collected against the petitioner during investigation. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24858 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015 pending in the court of learned JM, Purnea.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
