Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant was feeding his cow, all the accused persons including these petitioners came to the informant and petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have caught hold of the informant and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have snatched golden chain.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learnedA.C.J.M Vth, Bhojpur in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 76/2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
