ID 101000022672, Account No.22678/TAT9/2/DS/185/3A/2/1/41974, but not installed energy connection in the said Meter of the house situated in Mohalla Vikramshila Colony, Urdu Bazar, Bhagalpur.

However, the Company has issued energy bill against which she filed several representations mentioned in paragraph 7 of the writ petition. The petitioner even filed a complaint before the Executive Engineer, Electricity on 8.6.2007 and 11.8.2007. She further submits that the respondents ought to have considered her case in the light of order dated 8.9.2008, passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8369 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 Consumer Complaint Redressal Forum, Vidyut Bhawan, Patna in Misc.Case no.11 of 2008 by which direction was issued to the respondents to issue amended bill on adjustment of earlier one.

The writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.3 to dispose of petitioner's representation within a month from the date of receipt of this order. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) Shashi.
