1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned A.P.P. Sri Chandra Bhushan Prasad, at the outset submits that similarly situated co-accused Krishna Kumar alias Krishna Sahni had approached this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.50006 of 2021 and the same was allowed by an order dated 29.01.2022. It is next submitted that petitioner has antecedent of three cases and charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 396 and 412 of the I.P.C.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing vehemently for sometimes realizing his difficulties, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as
