The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he demanded ransom from the informant, a doctor. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Field Sales Manager of Darkt Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. and had supplied medicines to the informant worth rupees twelve lakh and some of the money was due with the informant. On demand whereof the false case has been lodged just to pressurize. Perused the annexed papers. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Gaya, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
