The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application for non-payment of arrears of salary and current salary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that with reference to Annexure-6 that the certificate of the petitioner was verified by the Bihar School Examination Board and the Deputy Secretary, Vigilance Examination Board has certified that the certificate of the petitioner on verification was found to

Considering the aforesaid, the respondents have to verify the genuineness of Anneure-6 from the office of Bihar School Examination Board and on certification of genuineness by the Board the respondents shall ensure payment of arrears of salary and current salary to the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
