Mr. Vishwambhar Prasad, learned Assisting Counsel to Additional Advocate General No.5 in reference to the claim in the writ petition submits that prayer for payment of salary from May, 2008 to April 2004 had been made by the petitioner. He next refers to the statement made in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.4 to submit that the arrears as found admissible has been paid to the petitioner. He further informs that there is no rejoinder to this counter affidavit which was served on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16575 of 2012 (2) dt.14-09-2018 counsel for the petitioner as back as on 17.08.2017. In view of the statement so present in the supplementary counter affidavit no cause for further indulgence is required.
