The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons came variously armed at the house of the informant and started abusing on protest being made the informant and his brother were assaulted with 'dab' when wife of the informant came to rescue she was misbehaved and the accused person snatched a gold earring from the wife of the inforamnt.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and there is counter version of the occurrence also.

No.21241 of 2015 (2) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that some of the injuries have been found grievous, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.3 of 2014, pending before the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
